I buy lots of these spice mixes and love them. However, for me, and I stress for me, this mix is too powerful for delicate prawns and I found that adding coconut milk enhanced the dish. I would be interested to read others views.

I’m not a great fish lover. Those that know me, know that I’ll eat fish from the chippy and smoked salmon! But being great fans of your chicken curry mixes, and knowing that we were coming to Cornwall, I did buy this mix and today we purchased some Tiger prawns from Rick Steins in Padstow. The result was amazing, all the family enjoyed it. Will definitely be making this again.
