Gujarati Vegetable Curry Mix


Inspired by our heritage, a traditional favourite using seasonal vegetables, which will result in a fresh and vibrant vegetable curry.

Each mix serves 4 people and comes with easy to follow instructions and ingredients list.



To make this you’ll need the Spice Mix, 700g of seasonal vegetables (aubergine, courgettes, green beans, peas, potatoes etc.), 1 medium sized onion, 200g of tinned tomatoes, 3 tablespoons of oil and a handful of fresh coriander.
