To make this you’ll need the Spice Mix, 500g of raw white fish, a 400ml tin of Coconut milk, 1 onion, 3 tablespoons of oil, 1 fresh tomato, juice of half a lemon and a handful of fresh coriander.

The Coconut and spices blend together superbly with the fish to give a light, fragrant dish. We use frozen/fresh white fish which absorb the spices well and produce a little taste of the Goan coast.
Each mix serves 4 people and comes with easy to follow instructions and ingredients list.
