Each mix serves 4 people and comes with easy to follow instructions and ingredients list.



To make this you’ll need 1 Spice Mix, 2 x 400g tinned beans (we love kidney beans), a little oil, 1 onion, 200g of tinned chopped tomatoes and a handful of fresh coriander.

    Wonderful flavour and very filling too. This is a family favourite and one of my ‘must buys’ whenever I see the stall at the market. Highly recommended.

    This is a great tasting dish and very easy to make – I used tinned butter beans and black-eyed peas and it took perhaps 10 minutes! My guest also loved it and the following day I had the left overs cold with a salad for lunch – and the taste was still perfect!
